Yes, our paintings are 100% hand made on canvas by skilled painters.

2.Who are the artists behind these paintings?

We work with different regional artists in China. Our selection criteria is excellent quality and workmanship. Each of our artists have specific capabilities and we distribute the orders accordingly, Portraits are done by portrait artists only etc.

3.What size of painting are you offer?

The general sizes are 8*10, 16*20, 20*20, 20*24, 20*30, 24*24, 24*36, 30*40, 36*48, 48*72(inch), other sizes can be required by you also.

4.Can I have special formats?

We can deliver in any format. Just ask us.

5.Can I order oil paintings which are not showed in our online catalogues?

Yes, just email us the pictures and your request.

6.I only have a black and white print ?can you paint from this original?

We have specialised ourselves in this field and can create beautiful paintings from photos or historic pictures. Give you black & white photos a new lease of life ?as a creative painting. Make memories come back to life.

7.Can I have a painting made to my wish?

We have several artists who are highly specialised in creating such paintings i.e. portraits. Let us paint what you request. The portrait should show a younger, slimmer, healthier person? You want to be portrayed next to a star such Michael Schumacher or any other international star? no problem for us. Just let us know.

8.How much will it cost to paint to my special requirements?

The price for a hand painted original (i.e. a portrait) in oil on canvas depends on the size and the detail level you select. We will gladly give you a quote on a painting of your choice.

9.Can I have my painting framed?

We will stretch your painting on a wooden brace for only 12 US$ per 40'' additional cost. In addition we offer a large selection of decorative frames from which to choose, We are here to help you choose the right frame for your painting. The frame can also be returned within 14 days if you are not satisfied.

10.How long does it take to finish my painting?

This of course depends on the size of your painting and our current order situation.
Generally it will take from 2 to 5 weeks.

11.What happens if I an not satisfied?

We are confident in the quality we deliver. If you are not satisfied - you have a 14 day return warranty. In order to make sure that our order is just what you require ?the painting will only be started when all questions and information on the paintings are clarified. we send the finished paintings to you to allowing you to check the quality of your painting. If you are not satisfied, you can demand we to modify until you are satisfied.

12.What if my purchase arrives damaged?
All damaged shipments require prior authorization from us before the package is returned and you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. we will make arrangements to have the damaged artwork inspected, replaced and picked up. All original packaging, documentation and shipping materials must be saved. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

13.What’s your return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our product, we accept money back requirement within 2 weeks after you receiving the goods. You will receive a refund of your ordered oil paintings.

14.What is your minimum order quantity?

We provide our products to customers directly, so there is no minimum order quantity. However, if the order quantity is large, we can give you a reasonable discount.
